About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to help increase student enrollment and promote our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new students.
• Promote the college’s programs through school visits, events, social media, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with secondary schools, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions to prospective students.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
• Meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (experience in an educational institution is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and basic computer skills.
