Responsibilities

To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service. Assist in cutting, trimming, and packaging of meat products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. preparation and cooking. Making sure work areas are kept clean at all times. Displaying produce in windows or cabinets. Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, assisting with customer service, and ensuring proper labeling and display of meat cuts in the store.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Butchery production certification. Basic knowledge in butchery food preparation. Good communication and problem solving skills. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Candidates should be medically fit. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stay calm and focused. Inter-personal Skills. Supervisory skills - ability to train employees to use time efficiently and to be un-compromising regarding service delivery.

Experience

1-2 yrs of experience in butchery production.
