Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve light food items and maintain quality standards
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment and machines
• Attend to customers professionally and provide menu recommendations
• Process orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café and service area
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Provide basic servicing, cleaning, and after-sales support for coffee machines
• Support opening and closing operations including setup and inventory checks

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Catering, or related field
• Experience as a Barista or Coffee Machine Technician is an added advantage
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and coffee machine operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, presentable, and detail-oriented
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
