Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
  • Conduct daily customer follow-ups via phone calls.
  • Drive sales and marketing of Supra Animal Feed products.
  • Attend to customer complaints/problems promptly within stipulated timeframes.
  • Receive payments from customers and issue receipts.
  • Deposit collected funds daily and submit reports to superiors.
  • Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent product expiry.
  • Record sales accurately in both manual and FA systems.
  • Monitor market trends and report updates to Regional Sales Representatives.
  • Capture new customer details for effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to assess product performance.
  • Report slow-moving products at least three months before expiry to enable proactive planning.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualification in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Grade 12 school certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Skilled in providing advice to managers/supervisors.
  • Experience in formulating, implementing, and revising effective sales and marketing practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Work Environment

Travel Requirements: 90% office-based work, 10% depositing sales.
