Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
- Conduct daily customer follow-ups via phone calls.
- Drive sales and marketing of Supra Animal Feed products.
- Attend to customer complaints/problems promptly within stipulated timeframes.
- Receive payments from customers and issue receipts.
- Deposit collected funds daily and submit reports to superiors.
- Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent product expiry.
- Record sales accurately in both manual and FA systems.
- Monitor market trends and report updates to Regional Sales Representatives.
- Capture new customer details for effective follow-ups.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to assess product performance.
- Report slow-moving products at least three months before expiry to enable proactive planning.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Grade 12 school certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years’ recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skilled in providing advice to managers/supervisors.
- Experience in formulating, implementing, and revising effective sales and marketing practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Work Environment
Travel Requirements: 90% office-based work, 10% depositing sales.
