JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms, WhatsApp, email, and website chat
- Promote company products online and engage with potential customers
- Update product listings on online platforms
- Assist in processing online orders and follow-ups
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong online customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (minimum)
- Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (added advantage)
- Experience in online customer service or digital sales is preferred
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must be hardworking, honest, and self-motivated
