Responsibilities

To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service. Setup attractive displays to encourage customer purchases. Ensure all produce is correctly priced and labeled. Conduct daily counts of stock and report shortages. Dispose of spoiled produce responsibly and record wastage. Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying quality against supplier invoices. Help prepare special displays for seasonal fruits and vegetables. Follow workplace safety rules when handling crates, knives, or cleaning equipment. Maintain logs of stock rotation, cleaning schedules, and quality checks. Support colleagues in other departments when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate or Diploma in food, hospitality. Basic knowledge in fruit and veg preparation. Good communication and problem solving skills. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Candidates should be medically fit.

Experience

1-2 yrs of experience in fruit and veg production.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. VACANT. Must be able to stay calm and focused. Inter-personal Skills. Supervisory skills - ability to train employees to use time efficiently and to be un-compromising regarding service delivery.
