JOB OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology, accounting systems, business process improvement, and client engagement to help organizations transform their operations through Odoo ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Business Development
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Generating leads and building a strong client pipeline.
- Conducting product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and implementation plans.
- Meeting sales and business growth targets.
ERP Implementation
- Gathering and analyzing client business requirements.
- Configuring and implementing Odoo ERP modules.
- Managing data migration and system testing.
- Conducting user training and supporting system go-live activities.
- Providing post-implementation support and customer success services.
Client Support
- Providing ongoing technical and functional support.
- Developing user manuals and training materials.
- Assisting clients with business process optimization.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in ERP implementation, business systems, accounting software, or related consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Odoo ERP will be highly preferred.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Strong IT and accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
- Ability to conduct training and system demonstrations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel within Zambia when required.
