Our client, a reputable organization in the corporate regulatory sector, is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the following permanent and pensionable positions:
REGISTRY ASSISTANT (1 POSITION)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scan, file, and maintain company records to ensure proper storage and quick retrieval.
- Guide clients on inspection procedures and provide accurate advice.
- Receive and check forms and documents for filing to ensure accuracy before scanning and storage.
- Maintain records and ensure timely filing of documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Records Management Certificate will be advantageous.
- No prior experience required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and oral English).
- Tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure quick retrieval of documents.
Location: Lusaka, Zambia.
Terms: Permanent and pensionable
