Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily supermarket operations and ensure efficiency and profitability
• Supervise staff, manage shifts, and improve productivity
• Control stock, inventory accuracy, and procurement processes
• Ensure proper merchandising and product placement
• Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies
• Enforce compliance with operational, safety, and service standards
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports for management

Work Hours: 8
