JOB DETAILS:
Summary: Manages the financial records, reporting, and compliance for the site or company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform payroll functions and manage employee expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for departments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Several years of accounting experience, preferably in the mining/construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
