JOB DETAILS:

The MK9 is a specific model of a high-speed, automated packaging machine, often used for forming, filling, and sealing bags (e.g., for tea, coffee, or other granular products).

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Preparation: Installing the correct forming tubes, film reels, and product feed systems. Calibrating machine settings (e.g., temperature, timing, weight) according to the product specification.
• Operation: Starting, monitoring, and running the MK9 machine to produce finished packages at the target speed and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Continuously checking product quality, including seal integrity, correct weight, date coding, and packaging appearance. Making minor adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving common machine faults like film jams, product spills, or sensor errors to minimize downtime.
• Material Handling: Loading bulk product and packaging materials (e.g., film reels) onto the machine. Removing finished boxes or pallets of product.
• Documentation: Accurately completing production reports, quality check sheets, and machine logs.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Performing end-of-run or scheduled cleaning to meet hygiene and safety standards (especially critical in food or pharmaceutical industries).
