JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws at the mine site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with ZIHRM standards and labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Report HR metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Public Administration, or Industrial Psychology.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in the mining industry.
- Valid ZIHRM membership and middle management experience.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: associate degree
