Responsibilities
- Record all daily financial transactions into the accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage the accounts payable function, matching delivery notes to invoices.
- Process staff expense claims and reconcile against budgets.
- Issue sales invoices and manage the monthly billing cycle.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation.
