Call For Investment Proposals for The Airport City in The Land Use Implementation Plan at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport Tender at Zambia Airports Corporation Limited (ZACL)

Zambia Airports Corporation Limited (ZACL) is seeking to diversify its revenue streams by commercially utilizing its extensive land holdings located beyond the terminal buildings and airport precincts, guided by the implementation of a comprehensive Land Use Plan for Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka.

The objective of this Call for Investment Proposals is to attract both public and private sector investors to undertake commercially viable developments that optimise land use and align with the Corporation’s long-term strategic vision.

ZACL invites qualified investors to Design, Engineer, Procure, Construct, Finance, and operate a range of commercial enterprises within the designated development zones of the Land Use Plan. Priority will be given to commercially viable projects that demonstrate strong synergies and integration with aviation-related activities, thereby contributing to the sustainable growth of Zambia’s aviation and logistics ecosystem.
