We specialize in high-quality video and photography content, all produced in-house using our own equipment, crew, and creative team. We serve a wide variety of clients and projects, including corporate, commercial, lifestyle, and branded content.

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Camera Operator to join our in-house production team. If you have a good eye for detail, technical know-how, and a passion for visual storytelling, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate video and photography cameras during studio and on-location shoots.
  • Set up and break down camera gear, lighting, and basic audio equipment before and after shoots.
  • Ensure proper camera settings, framing, exposure, and focus during filming or photography sessions.
  • Assist the director or production lead in executing creative shot lists and visual plans.
  • Perform basic lighting setups for interviews, product shoots, portraits, and more.
  • Monitor footage quality during shoots and flag any issues immediately.
  • Maintain and care for in-house camera gear, ensuring it remains in top condition.
  • Work closely with the post-production team to ensure smooth file handover and media management.
  • Participate in content creation for internal projects and passive income initiatives (e.g., stock footage libraries).
  • Stay up to date with camera technologies and shooting techniques relevant to our workflow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras (e.g., Canon, Sony, Blackmagic).
  • Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting equipment and on-set audio setups.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Physically able to manage gear and remain active during long shoot days.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for creative media production.
  • Familiarity with photography and video file formats, frame rates, and resolution settings.
