Background
Great North Road Academy Group of Schools, located in Lusaka, Zambia, is currently recruiting for multiple full-time teaching jobs in Lusaka as well as internship opportunities. We invite qualified, committed professionals and recent graduates to join our vibrant educational community and contribute to the development and wellbeing of our learners.
Responsibilities
- Prepare nutritious, balanced meals including for learners with special dietary needs.
- Plan menus in collaboration with school administration.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and manage stock effectively.
- Ensure meals are served on schedule with high quality and presentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a school or boarding facility.
- Relevant certificate or diploma in Food Production or Hospitality is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
