• Translate documents, emails, contracts, and marketing materials from Chinese to English and vice versa
• Interpret during meetings, calls, and business negotiations
• Ensure translations are culturally appropriate and contextually accurate
• Proofread and edit translated content for consistency and clarity
• Assist in communication between Chinese-speaking clients/partners and the local team
• Maintain a glossary of key terms for industry-specific translation
• Support the team with language-related tasks as needed
• Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
• Assist in preparing bilingual presentations and reports
