Position Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Clinical Services Manager will oversee clinical governance, quality assurance, and corporate wellness service delivery. The role is responsible for maintaining high professional and ethical standards, supervising psychologists, strengthening key client relationships, and expanding structured workplace wellness programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development, Project Management and Research & Training teams to design, implement, and evaluate innovative corporate wellness solutions for organisational clients.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Governance

  • Ensure all services meet the highest professional and ethical standards
  • Ensure compliance with national and international counselling and psychotherapy guidelines
  • Supervise psychologists and ensure appropriate accreditation and professional memberships
  • Strengthen confidentiality systems and enhance client trust
  • Maintain effective clinical documentation and record management systems
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and service improvement frameworks

Corporate Wellness & Organisational Services

  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive Corporate Wellness programmes
  • Lead Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) development and oversight
  • Conduct workplace mental health assessments and organisational needs analyses
  • Develop customised wellness interventions for corporate clients (e.g., stress management, burnout prevention, resilience training, trauma debriefing, leadership wellness)
  • Deliver executive briefings and wellness reports to organisational leadership
  • Support policy development on workplace mental health and psychosocial risk management
  • Conduct business reviews with corporate clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with Business Development to expand corporate wellness partnerships

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage a structured client follow-up and care system
  • Strengthen relationship management frameworks for key accounts
  • Ensure communication channels align with client preferences
  • Support development of training content, workshops, and wellness events

Community & CSR Initiatives

  • Plan and implement counselling and psychosocial support services for vulnerable communities
  • Lead mental health awareness initiatives and outreach programmes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related field
  • Registered and licensed to practice in Zambia
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Wellness, EAP management, or organisational mental health
  • Strong knowledge of ethical and professional standards in counselling and psychotherapy
  • Experience designing and delivering workplace wellness programmes
