Job description
- Receive fraud reports from customers and begin the investigative process
- Liaise with product departments to resolve fraud cases
- Assist with other work as and when it arises
- Report incidents of fraud to the police
- Follow and report on progress of fraud investigations
- Facilitate communication between the company and police on matters of fraud
- Travel with police for fraud investigations when necessary
- First line of response for internal fraud reporting and investigations
