Role Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and helpful information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve client complaints professionally and promptly
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions
  • Support other departments in ensuring client needs are met

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage
