Faithline Academy, located in Zambia Compound, Kafue, is currently seeking qualified and passionate educators for exciting teaching jobs in Kafue Zambia. We invite dedicated professionals to apply for full-time positions teaching Early Childhood and Lower Primary learners, from Baby Class through Grade 4. Available Teaching Positions

We have openings for Early Childhood and Lower Primary Teachers responsible for delivering a nurturing and innovative learning experience to children from Baby Class to Grade 4.

Qualifications and Requirements for Teaching Jobs in Kafue Zambia

• Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, ACE, or Primary Education.
• Preference will be given to ACE-trained teachers.
• Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence.
• Two to three years of teaching experience in Early Childhood or Lower Primary Education.

Key Skills and Competencies

• High emotional intelligence to effectively support learners’ development.
• Patience and empathy in working with young children.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools or school management software.
