Victoria Hospital is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Allied Health Department

Executive - 1 post

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret departmental operational data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc management reports.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, service utilization, and operational performance.
  • Assist in identifying operational issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate databases, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Support meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action plans.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for data collection and reporting.
  • Assist the department head in special projects and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Medical or Health-Related Field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related discipline).
  • Management Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in hospital operations, healthcare quality, healthcare administration, or healthcare analytics
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, quality management, data analysis, or related healthcare functions preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare performance indicators is an advantage.
