Victoria Hospital is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Allied Health Department
Executive - 1 post
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret departmental operational data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc management reports.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, service utilization, and operational performance.
- Assist in identifying operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate databases, dashboards, and documentation.
- Support meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for data collection and reporting.
- Assist the department head in special projects and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Medical or Health-Related Field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related discipline).
- Management Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in hospital operations, healthcare quality, healthcare administration, or healthcare analytics
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, quality management, data analysis, or related healthcare functions preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare performance indicators is an advantage.
