About the Field Worker Role
As a Field Worker with Croydon Green Business Solutions, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing land opportunities across various locations. You will represent the company by engaging directly with landowners and potential clients, negotiating effectively to close deals that support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities for Field Worker Jobs in Lusaka
- Locate and evaluate potential land for company projects in multiple locations.
- Engage with landowners to negotiate terms on behalf of Croydon Green Business Solutions.
- Identify prospective clients and work diligently to close sales agreements.
- Support additional company activities and duties as required to ensure operational success.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate responsibility and maintain a sober-minded approach to work.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and landowners.
- Basic literacy skills, including the ability to read and write clearly.
- Possession of a smartphone to facilitate communication and field activities.
- Proven capability to identify potential clients and successfully close deals.
