JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of Position
§ Operate loaders safely and efficiently.
§ Working on various projects, loading and moving materials.
Education / Experience
§ Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the mining, drilling, and construction sector.
§ Front-end loader operator license or certification
§ Experience operating Liu Gong front-end loaders with x2 joysticks
§ Strong operating and maintenance skills
§ Valid driver’s license a MUST.
Job requirements / Skills
§ Good communication skills.
§ Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently
§ Load and move materials
§ Perform routine checks and maintenance
§ Collaborate with teams and supervisors
§ Follow safety protocols and procedures
Essential Key Performance Indicator -KPIs
The focus should be on loading accuracy and equipment uptime, and from the two mentioned, your KPIs are as follows:
- Safety Incidents: Zero safety incidents
- Productivity: Achieve 20t cubic meters’/hour production rate
- Equipment Uptime: Achieve 95% equipment uptime
- Fuel Efficiency: Achieve 15 liters/hour fuel consumption
- Loading Accuracy: Achieve 100% loading accuracy rating
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NO FORMAL EXPERIENCE AS A ROCK-BREAKER PLEASE DO NOT APPLY AND IF YOU ONLY KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A BUCKET EXCAVATOR WITHOUT KNOWING OR EXPERIENCED AS A ROCK BREAKER PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. (if you apply and yet do not know how to operate a rock-breaker we shall call you for interviews and you waste your transport money, so only apply if you have operated a rock-breaker)
NB: Applicant should have own accommodation in Solwezi, camp houses are currently full in capacity.
