Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and agile Head of Operations to lead our diverse portfolio of logistics technology services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless coordination between tech developers, customers, field implementors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in high-growth startup environments, has a knack for problem-solving, and is willing to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Mamastops’ core operational offerings: GPS tracking, cashless fuel solutions, ERP deployment, and cross-border payments.

Act as a bridge between technical developers, implementation teams, and customers, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.

Lead stakeholder management with a strong focus on data accuracy, service reliability, and proactive issue resolution.

Drive operational KPIs, project timelines, and process improvements.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication and strong accountability.

Maintain hands-on involvement in solving operational issues—technical, logistical, or customer-related—beyond standard work hours if needed.

Collaborate closely with leadership to align operational goals with business objectives.

Foster a team culture of agility, ownership, and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Age: 25–35 years

Education: Degree not mandatory; practical experience and problem-solving skills are valued more.

Experience: 3–7 years in operations, preferably in logistics, fintech, or a tech-enabled services sector.

Tech Acumen: Ability to work closely with tech teams. A background in software, systems, or data management is a strong advantage.

Key Traits: Hustler mindset, data-driven, excellent communicator, solution-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments.
