JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff records
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Maintain HR policies and support training and development initiatives
- Coordinate payroll, leave tracking, and disciplinary procedures
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
