Lodge Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily lodge operations, including guest check-in/check-out
- Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory, supplies, and lodge procurement
- Coordinate bookings and reservations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
