Job Vacancy: Logistics Coordinator

Weaverbird Group is expanding its logistics operations and seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on logistics experience and the ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, and inventory
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities
• Assist in planning and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Operate logistics software and systems to optimize workflow
• Support cross-functional teams with translation and interpretation when needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Lusaka’s industrial zones and transport routes
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
