JOB DETAILS:

Summary: Oversees the maintenance team and ensures all equipment is maintained to a high standard of safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily maintenance tasks to mechanics, electricians, and other tradespeople.
• Monitor work quality and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with the Materials Coordinator for critical spares.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Enforce strict compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Journeyman certification in a relevant trade (Mechanical, Electrical).
• Significant experience in a maintenance leadership role within heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
