• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual operational plans, budgets, and performance targets for the assigned department or branch.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of all staff under your jurisdiction, conducting regular performance reviews and setting KPIs.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, resolving escalated client complaints, staffing issues, and logistical bottlenecks.
• Financial Management: Approve expenditures, monitor departmental budgets, and ensure cost-control measures are adhered to without compromising service quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in meetings with key clients, partners, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong business relationships.
• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports to senior management on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure all company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations are strictly followed across the team.
