JOB DETAILS:

Scorpion Power Zambia Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing, specifically within the hire purchase and lending sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the financial services and retail sectors.
• Prepare regular reports on sales targets, marketing reach, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing (a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage).
• Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in Hire Purchase and Money Lending environments is essential.
• Skills: * Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and traditional sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
