JOB DETAILS:
Summary: Manages the flow of spare parts, supplies, and materials to support maintenance and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels in the warehouse and site stores using a computerized system.
- Process requisitions from maintenance and operations teams.
- Source and purchase parts, liaising with vendors and suppliers.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Coordinate the kitting of parts for planned maintenance jobs.
- Identify and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or relevant experience.
- Experience in a materials or storeroom role within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (CMMS/ERP).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Level of Education: associate degree
