About Fortico Security:
Founded in 2021, Fortico Security is a security solutions company dedicated to protecting lives, property, and businesses with professionalism and integrity. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily field operations and security personnel.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and operational policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive operational efficiency.
- Report on operational performance and provide strategic input to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field is an advantage.
