Key Requirements for Applicants

To be considered for any of the hospitality jobs in Kalumbila or other locations, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess relevant qualifications for the position applied for
• Have prior experience in the relevant field
• Demonstrate a strong passion for customer service and hospitality
• Communicate effectively with a good command of English
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain a professional and customer-oriented attitude
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Be willing to work outside Lusaka when required

Kitchen Trainee Programme

The Urban Hotel Group is also offering a Kitchen Trainee Programme based in Kalumbila. This initiative provides hands-on, practical training within a professional hospitality setting, ideal for individuals eager to develop culinary skills. Successful trainees may be offered permanent positions depending on their performance and availability of roles.
