JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular financial reports
- Prepare budgets, expenditure tracking, and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with donor and statutory financial regulations
- Manage payroll, tax submissions, and statutory obligations (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA)
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and filing
- Advise on financial sustainability and risk management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in NGO or non-profit accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel)
- Strong knowledge of Zambian financial regulations
- Membership with ZICA is an added advantage

Level of Education: bachelor degree
