JOB SUMMARY
▪️ A Kitchen Porter (Pot-Wash) is responsible for the daily cleaning of all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes together with kitchen machinery and all floors, walls, fridges, shelving storerooms and food preparation areas.
▪️ Required Qualifications for Porter
▪️ Grade 12 school certificate
▪️ Certificate in general hospitality
▪️ Food hygiene awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
