JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs on gender equality and women’s rights
- Conduct trainings on feminist leadership and GBV prevention
- Coordinate advocacy on women’s economic, political, and social rights
- Support capacity building of rural women’s groups and networks
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on gender equality program activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Development Studies or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gender-focused programming
- Demonstrated commitment to feminist values and intersectional justice
- Experience in community engagement and participatory methods
