Gaphen is hiring | Project Lead

Gaphen is looking for a Project Lead to join our team and lead the implementation of our soybean value chain project in Mkushi and Serenje.

The project supports smallholder farmers through:

•  Market access – purchasing soybeans directly from farmers
•  Mechanization as a Service – improving harvesting efficiency and reducing post-harvest losses
•  Capacity building – strengthening farmers’ knowledge and skills across the soybean value chain

Location: Lusaka, with regular travel to Mkushi and Serenje

Position: Project Lead - Short term

We are looking for a proactive, organised and results-driven individual with strong project coordination skills and a passion for agriculture and working with smallholder farmers.
