Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or project management.
• Proven knowledge and skills in managing CDF (Constituency Development Fund) projects or similar community development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
