Rating Valuation Tribunal Sitting for The Joint Mwinilunga/Ikelenge Town Councils Main Valuation Roll Tender at Mwinilunga Town Council

FURTHER to the Public Notice of Monday 15th September 2025, notice is hereby given that the Rating Valuation Tribunal will sit on Wednesday, 17th December 2025 to consider the Joint Mwinilunga/ikelenge Town Councils Main Valuation Roll and the objections that were lodged to the valuation roll.

The venue of the Tribunal sitting is the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, 5th Floor in the Conference Room starting at 9.30 hours.

All property owners who lodged in objections in accordance with the provisions of the Rating Act of the Laws of Zambia are requested to appear before the Rating Valuation Tribunal for determination of their objections on the time, date and place stated above.
