Zambezi Drone Academy is a premier institution dedicated to training and certifying remote pilots for Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations. We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Remote Pilot License (RPL) Instructor to join our team and help shape the future of drone piloting in Zambia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in RPAS operations.
• Assess students’ flight competency and theoretical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with ZCAA regulations in all training activities.
• Maintain training records and submit certification reports.
• Promote flight safety and risk management best practices.

Requirements:

• Valid RPAS Instructor Rating recognized by ZCAA.
• Approval from the Chief Instructor for training and lectures.
• Proven experience in drone operations and aviation training.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and compliance.
