JOB DETAILS:
Research Intern (Women in Real Estate Investment in Zambia)
Are you a 3rd, 4th or 5th-year bachelor’s degree university student with a passion for research, real estate, and women economic empowerment? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting? Nuttah is looking for 5 research interns to assist with a three-month study on the participation of women in real estate investments in Zambia.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Some fieldwork may be required, and you must own a laptop and smartphone)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: A small stipend will be provided to cover expenses
Eligibility: Open only to 3rd, 4th and 5th-year bachelor’s degree students from reputable universities in Real Estate, Economics, Business, Finance and Social Sciences.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct surveys and interviews with women involved in real estate investment
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Research real estate investment trends and barriers for women in Zambia
- Work closely with the project lead to document key findings
- Present insights and recommendations based on research
What We’re Looking For
- Field of Study: Real Estate, Economics, Business, Finance and Social Sciences.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for women economic empowerment
Work Hours: 8
Experience: No Requirements
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree
