Responsibilities

Drive sales of machines and power solutions, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored products to meet customer requirements.

• Grow machine sales and rental hours within assigned territories
• Generate leads, manage customer coverage, and meet sales targets
• Promote machine connectivity and Customer Value Agreements
• Negotiate offers and explore new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

Full Grade 12 certificate with strong academic record. University degree in Engineering or Commercial field (ZAQA certified). At least 5 years’ experience in Zambian mining or construction sectors. Membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia. Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Perkins Electric Power products and Chinese language skills are advantages.

Key Competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management abilities.
