SALES GROWTH OFFICER (SGO) - INTERNSHIP – CHIPATA
Kairos Cash Bay is looking for a passionate, energetic, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern-Sales Growth Officer (SGO ) based in ChIPATA.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, leadership, and business growth within a fast-paced financial services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting branch sales activities and target achievement
- Assisting in supervising and coordinating sales agents
- Conducting customer mobilization and field activations
- Ensuring proper product and process understanding among agents
- Supporting client onboarding and customer service activities
- Assisting with daily sales tracking and reporting
- Promoting company products and maintaining strong customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Good teamwork and leadership potential
- Prior sales and field work experience is an added advantage.
- Been based in Chipata/Eastern province will be an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
