RGM Lubricants is a growing and dynamic company in the automotive lubricants sector. We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Executives in Lusaka.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Lusaka
Salary: ZMW 2,000 per month
Experience Required: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience
Gender Preference: Male candidates
Additional Requirement: Must own a motorbike for field mobility

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell RGM Lubricants products to customers and retail outlets in Lusaka and surrounding areas
• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
• Prior experience in sales or marketing (1–2 years) is preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must own a motorbike and be willing to travel frequently within Lusaka

Level of Education: associate degree
