Payday Payroll is one of Zambia’s most complete and affordable payroll management systems — designed to automate salaries, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, and bank payments for businesses of all sizes. We are expanding our reach and looking for motivated salespeople to help us grow.
Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and ambitious individuals to promote and sell the Payday Payroll System to small and medium businesses, schools, NGOs, clinics, and other employers.
Key Duties:
- Approach businesses in person or online to present the Payday Payroll system
- Arrange product demonstrations (training provided)
- Collect client leads and feedback
- Follow up with potential clients and close deals
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (minimum)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage
- Access to a smartphone or laptop (preferred)
Benefits:
- Commission only – earn 10–20% per sale (K500–K2,000+ per client)
- Performance bonuses for consistent closers
