JOB DETAILS:
To coordinate all Human Resource functions within ZABS by implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing administrative services to support ZABS operations.
• Develop/implement HR policies and reward structures
• Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and benefits administration
• Monitor HR metrics and employee wellness programs
• Prepare quarterly HR reports for management
Applicants must have at least the following
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s in HR/Public Administration
• ZAQA-verified qualifications
• Member of Zambia Institute of HR Management (ZIHRM)
• 5+ years HR experience
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
