JOB DETAILS:
Ronsic Agro Solar Engineering Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Solar Technician to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector, providing high-quality solar installations and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site assessments to determine system feasibility and optimal panel placement.
• Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including inverters, batteries, and solar water pumps.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards during installation.
• Diagnose and repair faulty solar systems, including troubleshooting wiring and component issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to enhance performance and longevity.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum Certificate in Power Electrical or a related field.
• Two or more years of work experience in solar installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, solar PV systems, and safety regulations.
• Experience in solar water pump installation is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid C1 driver’s license for manual vehicles is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
