Filling Station Manager
Kombz Leap Enterprises is a Dealer operating Filling Stations under the RUBiS brand. We are looking to employ a Station Manager to be based in Southern Province as we expand our business.
For you to qualify for the above position, you must meet the following requirements &
qualifications:

Requirements and Qualifications
1. Full grade twelve certificate
2. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
3. HSSEQ concious with in depth understanding of all regulatory compliances and able to
swifty handle fire, oil and fuel spills, water in fuel tank and any other.
4. In-depth understanding of filling station management procedures and departmental and
legal policies, including receiving and offloading of fuel, accounting for quantities of fuel,
Product Loss Investigation Procedure (PLIP) and reconcile pump and tank sales.
5. Good understanding of Lubricants and LPG stock management and sales
6. Proficient in MS Office especially excel is a must.
7. An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
9. A team player with leadership skills
10. Computer literate and able to work with minimum supervision
11. 2 – 3 years’ experience working on a filling station
