Responsibilities of the Trainee Manager among other things include;
• Managing relationships with existing clients and looking for new clients.
• Providing timely reports to management.
• Enforcing and maintaining loan repayment collection and disbursement.
• Conducting market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
• Enforcing and Maintaining quality service by our organization standards

Skills and Qualification;
• Between 22 and 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma in business or related field
• Preferably directly from collage
• Can work with a team
• Willing to learn

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Associate Degree
